Project delays caused by lack of client communication may affect timelines.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule

• Services may be paused for overdue invoices

• Late payments may result in project delays

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Methodologies

• Templates

• Proprietary systems and workflows

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive business information except when required by law or authorized by the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hexacle Marketing Solutions shall not be liable for:
 

• Indirect losses

• Lost profits

• Business interruption

• Third-party service failures

• Decisions made based on consulting or research recommendations

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable written notice unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Outstanding payments for completed work remain payable upon termination.

9. Modifications

Hexacle Marketing Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
